typo fix cmake command Additional explain for GUI build
This preset already optimzed to Qt6 with vs2026 so no need error correction when using Qt6. vs2022 users, please update to vs2026.
Update for MacOS 26 with Xcode 26.5 You won't have error with this fix
added QuartzCore
Added instructions to update submodules before building to prevent compatibility issues. Also add macOS build instructions for the latest environment

Minor CMakeLists version adjustment for the latest build environment like VS2026, Qt6.
Also for M1-M5 MacOS, some codes are dated and cause error.
Now re-optimized for MacOS 26.
I think this will no affects to Qt5 users but if any problems, need to double check.
